Thermal Unit Windows

Do You Have Broken or Damaged Windows? Thermal Units Are For You.

What Are Thermal Units?

Thermal unit windows, also known as double or triple glazed windows, feature multiple glass layers with insulating gaps. They regulate indoor temperature, enhance energy efficiency, reduce noise, and prevent condensation. Upgrade to these advanced windows for a cozier, quieter, and more cost-effective living environment.

Cases of Use and Installation

If your window frame is still in good condition but the glass is broken, cracked, fogged, or damaged to the point where it can no longer function properly, then it is necessary to replace the window glass. Fortunately, you have come to the right place where we provide professional window glass replacement services at an affordable cost.

1

The first step in the production process is to take precise measurements of the width, height, and thickness required for the replacement glass. To ensure a perfect fit, the old unit is usually removed before taking these measurements, and then it is put back in place. This is the only way to guarantee that the replacement glass will fit your window perfectly, just like new.

2

In step 2, we remove the old glass unit entirely, after acquiring a new glass replacement. To release the old glass unit, we need to pry out the glass stoppers that hold it in the window's frame on all four sides.

The process of installing a new glass involves inserting the glass unit into a frame, ensuring that it is centred and that the original rubber glass supports are in place at the bottom and on the sides. Once this is done, the glass stoppers can be snapped back in with a few hits of a nylon mallet. Finally, the glass needs to be cleaned before the installation is complete.

Why Are They Worth The Upgrade?

1

Enhanced Energy Efficency

Thermal unit windows feature multiple layers of glass and insulating gaps, effectively reducing heat transfer. This means less reliance on heating and cooling systems, leading to significant energy savings and a more environmentally-friendly home.

2

Improved Sound Insulation

The multi-layer design of thermal unit windows acts as a barrier against outside noise, creating a quieter and more serene indoor environment. Enjoy a peaceful atmosphere and enhanced privacy in your living spaces.

3

Condensation Control

With better insulation, thermal unit windows help regulate indoor humidity levels, minimizing condensation buildup on the glass. Say goodbye to foggy windows and potential mold issues, ensuring a healthier and more comfortable living space.

Built For Sustainability

1. Thermal unit windows provide a solution for year round comfort.

2. Multi-layered construction acts as a shield, retaining warmth during chilly winters by significantly reducing heat loss.

3. In the summer, they create a refreshing haven by blocking the influx of excess heat.
